This Privacy Policy describes how Pittie Puzzles handles information when you use the Pittie Puzzles mobile application or contact support.

Accounts

Pittie Puzzles does not require you to create an account or sign in.

Game progress and preferences

Information such as puzzle progress, hint balances, onboarding status, and certain app preferences may be stored locally on your device so the game can remember your progress and settings.

Advertising

Pittie Puzzles uses Google AdMob to display advertising, including banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostics, and approximate location where permitted and applicable.

In-app purchases

Optional purchases, such as removing advertisements, are processed by Apple's App Store. Pittie Puzzles does not receive your full payment-card details. Purchase status may be used by the app to provide the feature you purchased.

Support and issue reports

If you voluntarily submit a support or issue report, we may receive the information you enter, such as your description of the problem and an optional reply email address. In-app reports may also include technical details such as your operating system and the puzzle you were playing.

Information we do not require

Pittie Puzzles does not require your name, home address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location in order to play.

Third-party services

Third-party services used by Pittie Puzzles operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their data practices may differ from ours.

Data retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device unless it is cleared through the app, operating system, or by removing the application, depending on the type of information involved.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Pittie Puzzles changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when material revisions are made.
